Our Vision

A Life Shaped By The Game.

My name is Aziz Dieng, founder of West Island FC Academy.

As a former professional soccer player, I had the privilege of living an extraordinary journey across several countries and continents. Football allowed me to discover the world, meet people from different cultures, and learn lessons that shaped the person I am today.

Coming from a football family — my father being a former Senegalese international player — I grew up with this sport as a true school of life. My journey taught me resilience, humility, determination, and the importance of never giving up despite obstacles.

Today, my goal is to pass on this experience to young players. I want to support them in their athletic development while helping them become responsible individuals who are open to the world and confident in their abilities.

I firmly believe that dreams can become reality when they are supported by hard work, discipline, and perseverance.

Our Programs

Four Pillars Of Development.

We are a football academy specialized 100% in the development of players aged 9 to 17. Our mission is to support each young player in their athletic, human, and cultural progression, so they can reach their full potential — whatever their starting point or ambitions. Our approach offers a modern, holistic vision of foundational training, inspired by the best practices of development centers across Europe, Africa, and South America, fully adapted to the North American reality.

Canada is a deeply multicultural country, and we make that diversity a true strength. Our inclusive model draws on the footballing richness of different cultures, so young players can recognize themselves in a familiar footballing identity, integrate faster, benefit from varied learning methods, and above all develop a unique playing identity.
